The Mission to Earthphase adds a genuinely unusual display to the MoonSwatch’s familiar Speedmaster silhouette: Earth as it would appear from the Moon. Alongside the conventional moonphase, its Earthphase indicator tracks the complementary view—when we see a full Moon, an observer on the lunar surface would see a new Earth.

Introduced in 2024, SO33G700 is the grey model to look for if that astronomical twist is what draws you in, rather than the Snoopy-themed Moonphase versions. The two displays move in opposite directions, making this more than a change of dial artwork. There’s another detail best appreciated under ultraviolet light: the oceans on the Earth display glow blue. The lightweight Bioceramic case keeps the wearing experience distinctly Swatch; pay particular attention to the easily marked crystal, rather than expecting the toughness of a steel Speedmaster.
