The Omega Constellation spans everything from mid-century dress watches with sharply faceted dials to modern models defined by four bezel claws and integrated bracelets. What connects them is a longstanding emphasis on precision, expressed in the early chronometer movements and the observatory medallion found on many casebacks.

Introduced in 1952, the family first took shape around restrained round cases, applied markers, and a star above six o’clock. The Constellation Pie Pan gets its name from the dial’s sloping outer facets; not every vintage Constellation has that dial. The later Constellation C-Case moves toward a broader, flowing case outline, while Constellation Day-Date versions add another calendar display to the mix.

The Constellation Manhattan, launched in 1982, established the claws and bracelet-led design that still distinguish much of the range. Across subsequent generations, you’ll find quartz and automatic movements, different proportions, and bezels often marked with Roman numerals. The Constellation Globemaster takes a different route: its pie-pan dial recalls the early watches, paired with a fluted bezel and modern Master Chronometer movements.
