The Vacheron Constantin Overseas Dual Time puts a second time zone inside the family’s distinctive notched bezel, but its generations tell the travel story differently. Earlier models separate home time into a subdial; later versions bring it onto the main dial with an arrow-tipped hand, making the choice as much about reading habits as styling.

The 47450 belongs to the second-generation Overseas, with a 42mm case and the automatic 1222 SC, derived from a Jaeger-LeCoultre movement. Its dial gathers a power-reserve indicator, pointer date, second-time-zone subdial and day/night indication into an asymmetrical arrangement.
