The Yacht-Master 226627 takes a familiar Rolex shape and changes its character through titanium: the 42mm case has presence, but surprisingly little heft. Its predominantly brushed finish, matte black dial and raised, polished bezel numerals give it a quieter look than the precious-metal Yacht-Masters.

Introduced in 2023, this was the first production Yacht-Master in RLX titanium. Unlike the white-gold 42mm model on Oysterflex, it pairs the case with a matching titanium Oyster bracelet—a significant part of how light the whole watch feels. There isn’t an earlier titanium generation to choose between; this reference is the starting point.

Try it on with the bracelet properly sized: low weight doesn’t make a 42mm case small. And remember that its ceramic timing bezel turns both ways, unlike a Submariner’s—a useful distinction if you’re choosing between Rolex’s two nautical families.
