The Q Timex family brings the brand’s early quartz years into the present, with designs that make the case, bezel and bracelet as much a part of the attraction as the dial. The 1979-inspired reissue launched in 2019 gave the modern range its familiar starting point: a compact steel case, two-tone rotating bezel, domed acrylic crystal and woven-style bracelet.

That reissue’s day-date display and coin-operated battery hatch are useful clues to its period inspiration, not specifications to assume across every Q. The original Q designation signaled quartz at a moment when the technology was still new; today, the name stretches across multiple sizes and layouts. Even within the familiar three-hand format, changes in dial and bezel treatment can shift the character considerably.

The Q Timex GMT adds a second-time-zone hand, while the Q Timex Chronograph replaces the straightforward day-date layout with timing subdials and pushers. The Q Timex Continental takes a more angular, dress-oriented direction. Those branches have their own identities, so a watch described simply as Q Timex need not be the original reissue configuration.

$89 – $164 spread of reference medians

Each price is the median ask from one reference's own listings, and a reference needs at least five to get one. Listings that don't name a reference are left out, and nothing is blended into a family price.
