The Breitling Aerospace made its name by putting hands and two digital displays on the same dial, giving a pilot’s watch a remarkably uncluttered way to handle several jobs. Introduced in 1985, the family has evolved through different case sizes and quartz calibers, while keeping that instantly recognizable analog-digital layout.

Earlier Aerospace models are notably compact: the familiar 40mm generations include references such as E56062 and E65362. Titanium keeps the watch light, and the rotating rider-tab bezel gives it a distinctly Breitling outline. On these generations, the crown does more than set the hands: turning and pressing it selects and operates functions including the chronograph, alarm, and second time zone. Later SuperQuartz movements brought thermocompensated accuracy to the formula.

The Aerospace Avantage took the case to 42mm, while the Aerospace Evo moved to 43mm with a more substantial case and revised dial detailing. The Aerospace Orbiter, introduced in 2024, marks a bigger change in operation: its B70 caliber uses dedicated pushers alongside the crown. Those distinctions matter here—the Aerospace name spans both the slender, crown-operated originals and their larger, more overtly instrument-like descendants.

$1,246 – $3,748 spread of reference medians

Each price is the median ask from one reference's own listings, and a reference needs at least five to get one. Listings that don't name a reference are left out, and nothing is blended into a family price.
