2. If the watch was worn or damaged by you.
3. If you requested a specific timepiece or sourced a specific item. To be eligible for a refund, the watch must be in the same condition as when it was sold, and you must keep all the original packaging it came with. Please pack your return carefully to avoid any possible damage. If all items
are not included in the return shipment, refunds will be delayed until they are successfully returned to us. Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected for any signs of wear or damage that could affect your refund. We will issue a refund to the original payment method used. If the return package goes missing in transit, we will process an insurance claim, and we will only issue a refund upon completion of the claim. We do not offer cash refunds for any reason, and it can take up to three (3) business days for the funds to be credited
back to your original account.
