The Christopher Ward C60 is a family of dive watches, not a single specification: the trident seconds-hand counterweight links watches that differ substantially in size, depth rating, movement, and dial treatment. Its evolution runs from the wave-pattern dials and rounded hour hands of early Tridents to cleaner, more angular designs, with the generation often telling you more than the C60 name alone.

The C60 Trident Pro 600 became a mainstay of the range with the second generation, pairing ceramic bezels with 600-metre water resistance. The third generation, introduced in 2019, brought redesigned hands and a more sculpted case. The later C60 Trident Pro 300 takes a different approach: 300-metre water resistance, a slimmer profile, and 38, 40, and 42mm cases, powered by the automatic Sellita SW200-1.

Other branches change more than the dimensions. The C60 Trident GMT adds a second time zone, while the C60 Sapphire uses a translucent sapphire dial to reveal the movement beneath. The C60 Trident Bronze substitutes a case material that develops its own surface patina; these are distinct interpretations of the same dive-watch foundation.
