More images including timestamp coming momentarily, will link here as soon as Imgur gets done with my upload. [MY PHOTOS HERE](https://imgur.com/a/Nht2OAn) [JEWELER’S LISTING LINKED HERE](https://www.eotwatches.com/preowned-watches/eberhard-8-jours-8-day-manual-wind) Note about images — I bought this watch less than a year ago and wore it 3-4 times, keeping it in a velvet-lined box when it wasn’t on my wrist. To my eyes it’s in the exact same condition as when I got it, and I’ve bought/sold a lot of watches, which is why I’m including the listing from the jeweler I bought it from for visual reference. For fair evaluation of the watch’s condition, please refer to the album of images I took with my iPhone this morning, and know that the watch really is as stunning as the jeweler was able to make it look. DETAILS: Manufactured and sold in the early 2000s, original paperwork included in the box set. No service history to speak of, but I can vouch for the 8-day power reserve as well as the accuracy being pretty good (still within 10-15 seconds a day!!!) for a dress watch. Manual winding with the double-barrel winding system feels really sturdy, almost tool-like, and the power reserve indicator on the dial is 100% accurate and functional as well. The 39mm case is all polished steel, the crystal is slightly-domed sapphire, and the case back is screw-down, but I think the crown is what keeps this from having much water resistance (30m rating). The only odd thing about this watch’s design is the 16mm lugs, which almost certainly means you’ll need to buy some more straps if you want to switch from the original black leather strap that comes on the watch. However, the strap size feels elegant and still very solid on the wrist, and definitely doesn’t reduce the wrist presence of this slim (10mm) and stable dress piece. I’m also including a smooth dark-brown leather strap, and you’ll get two or three different buckles as well as an OEM deployant clasp. All in all, a gorgeous, classic, and uncommon dress watch that shows a little wear (some scattered micro scratches on high-polished surfaces) but runs like a champion and really feels great on the wrist. *Asking $1200 shipped via USPS Priority.* Potentially open to trades or trades + cash for the following small-ish field and dress watches: Nomos Club 36 (white dial) Stowa Partitio or Antea 36mm/36.5mm (white dial) Nivada Grenchen Antarctic 35mm (white or eggshell dial) Weiss Field 38mm (white dial) Longines Marine Nationale or similar If you have a watch that’s similar to these, I may be open to some sort of trade. Please send me a chat to buy or trade, and know in advance that I’m very picky about trades + I’m ideally aiming for a straight sale for this watch. And sorry about the multiple edits and auto-mod comment re-copies here… some new stuff since the last time I sold on the sub, apparently.
