This watch was left to my mother by my late stepfather and she brought it over to give to me in the UK as it had just been sitting in her safe. It is a stunning watch but I can't quite justify wearing it on my salary to be perfectly frank, and my sense of style is a bit more understated. With its sale I can buy my wife and daughter a new back garden and get myself an Omega instead! The sapphire crystal is in excellent condition, as is the case, crown, bezel and bracelet. There are a few scuffs on the caseback from the clasp, but I believe that's fairly normal and would buff out if you were concerned. I took it to the Rolex dealer in Manchester who said it was in remarkable condition and gave me the ref. no. 18038. I'm aware this is my first sale and am aware of the risk for both buyer and seller of such a large-ticket item via the internet, so I have chosen bank transfer as the way to go for the sale.
