Details:

• I am the original and only owner of this watch. This is the most complete, and close to new, SMP Nekton Edition that you will find, anywhere outside of brand new. It even comes with the coveted plastic Omega "shipping coffin," and the original plastic bezel guard protector. All tags, all stickers, all cards, all booklets, all Nekton Edition extras.

• I special ordered this Omega not long ago (2022), from my trusted, and well known, AD. This is actually the third watch he got for me, as I wanted one with absolutely perfect bezel alignment. This watch has perfect bezel alignment. Best of any Omega I've ever owned.

• These are nearly impossible to find now, even within Omega's own system. Try to order one, and you'll quickly see these are very rare, and essentially boutique only, if they can even get one on bracelet.

• It presents as 96% condition, and that's being conservative. There are no dents or dings or deep scratches anywhere. It presents as brand new, on the wrist.

• There are minuscule marks on the back of two of the lugs, simply from spring bars tips making light contact with them, during the few strap changes this watch has seen. There are some very faint lines on the case back, on the polished sections, from NATO straps. These are only visible when you tilt the watch in the sun. TBH, I hadn't ever noticed them at all, that's how faint they are; I try to describe every tiny thing, with my watches, as I would much rather my buyer be pleasantly surprised with the watch, than to be disappointed in any way.

• The OEM bracelet was removed immediately after receiving the watch. It has never even been tried on. All plastics intact. Never sized.

• The laser ablated solid Titanium bezel insert is a true work of art. The texture of it is actually very subtle, IRL. It feels smooth and cool and expensive, to the touch. This watch feels like a level or two above the standard SMPs, in a way that you only fully understand, once you've held one in your hand. They're truly that special.

• Guaranteed all-original factory Omega factory finish. It has never been touched-up. This watch has never been polished or touched-up or refinished in any way. All factory case lines, and all beautifully finished surfaces, are 100% untouched. (I believe this is becoming more and more of an important distinction, these days, as so many so-called "dealers" have their watches refinished by random, non-factory approved, watchmakers. The OEM factory finish is becoming more and more valued, and rightfully so.)

• It looks and feels like a brand new watch, in real world conditions, that's only been worn a handful of times — which is exactly what it is.

• This watch comes as a complete kit, with all tools, extra OEM spring bars, hang tags, booklets, cards, certificates, boxes, etc. It is missing nothing.

• Please review the photos clearly, as they represent the actual condition of the watch very well.

Founded at La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland in 1848 by 23-year-old Louis Brandt who assembled key-wound precision pocket watches from parts supplied by local craftsmen. He travelled throughout Europe selling his watches from Italy to Scandinavia by way of England, his chief market. After Louis Brandt's death in 1879, his two sons Louis-Paul and Cesar, troubled by irregular deliveries of questionable quality, abandoned the unsatisfactory assembly workshop system in favour of in-house manufacturing and total production control. Due to the greater supply of manpower, communications and energy in Bienne, the enterprise moved into a small factory in January 1880, then bought the entire building in December. Two years later the company moved into a converted spinning-factory in the Gurzelen district of Bienne, where headquarters are still situated today. Their first series-produced calibres, Labrador and Gurzelen, as well as, the famous Omega calibre of 1894, would ensure the brand's marketing success.
