Hi Watchexchange, Today I’m selling my Omega Seamaster NTTD. It includes the official Milanese bracelet, the official NATO strap, and the Uncle Seiko US1450 bracelet (all links). No box and papers, but I do still have the receipt from the watch dealer I purchased it from. Asking $6500 (includes insured shipping) I’m selling because I’m going to have surgery soon and need the money. Nothing life threatening, don’t worry, but still important. This is basically the only thing I’m doing on Reddit. All the pawn shops and watch stores in the area lowballed the hell out of me, so I made this account and waited a while. I realize it’s rather scary to deal with someone with no references or credentials, so any veterans on here with time to burn, I’d appreciate any advice on how to get this deal done safely. Any interested buyers are also welcome to suggest anything we could do to make this deal safe for everyone and get this done. I’m down to FaceTime as well as any other reasonable requests. Founded at La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland in 1848 by 23-year-old Louis Brandt who assembled key-wound precision pocket watches from parts supplied by local craftsmen. He travelled throughout Europe selling his watches from Italy to Scandinavia by way of England, his chief market. After Louis Brandt's death in 1879, his two sons Louis-Paul and Cesar, troubled by irregular deliveries of questionable quality, abandoned the unsatisfactory assembly workshop system in favour of in-house manufacturing and total production control. Due to the greater supply of manpower, communications and energy in Bienne, the enterprise moved into a small factory in January 1880, then bought the entire building in December. Two years later the company moved into a converted spinning-factory in the Gurzelen district of Bienne, where headquarters are still situated today. Their first series-produced calibres, Labrador and Gurzelen, as well as, the famous Omega calibre of 1894, would ensure the brand's marketing success.
