This is the Marine Star reference 96B431, with the highly accurate HPQ 3-pronged quartz movement from their Precionist line. Want a Grand Seiko smooth sweep without paying thousands? Look no further. This watch is in mint condition. There are some light hairline/scratches present on the watch from wear.
