The Patek Philippe Annual Calendar has a 37mm 18k Rose Gold case, 35 Jewel Automatic movement, 315/198 Caliber, Annual Calendar, Month, Day, Date, 24 hour sub-dial, Sapphire crystal, Exhibition back, Cream dial, on a Brown Patek Philippe Alligator strap with 18k Rose Gold Tang buckle, Reference Number 5035R

This watch is in Near Mint Condition with almost no sign of wear. The case has no dings or scratches and is in Mint condition. The crystal has no chips or scratches. The strap has only slight signs of wear on the underside, but the topside looks great, which is why I rate the watch Near Mint overall. The buckle has no dings or scratches. It is in proper working order and keeping time. It comes with a Tourneau box only
