For sale is my hard-to-find Seiko Italian Chronograph with the Y182 movement. It was made by Seiko for the Italian market in the ‘90s, hence the Italian moniker.

These watches came in different colors and different styles as you can see if you do some internet searches. This style is my favorite as is the movement.

It’s in very good condition for a vintage Seiko – there are scratches on the crystal as can be seen in the pictures – I tried to highlight them in a glare shot. There are case back scratches from battery changes too, but the bead blasted portion of the case is relatively scratch free as is the brushed bezel.

The 6 o’clock subdial is the alarm dial, the 9 o’clock subdial is continuous seconds, and the 12 o’clock subdial is the minutes counter.

It is marked 200m WR, but it does not have a screw down crown nor screw down pushers. So, I’d treat it like a vintage diver and not get it wet unless you have it checked out for water resistance.

It will come with a rubber dive strap – no box or papers. The Seiko rubber has broken and now it's on an unsigned rubber dive strap - see new pics.

This one is 46mm wide w/o crown.

You don’t see too many of these come up for sale, so I would consider them fairly rare. I am on the fence about selling this one because I know I will miss having it.

My price was $500, now reduced to $325 – PayPal only – including shipping to the CONUS and PayPal fees. I will ship outside the US, but buyer to pay difference between CONUS and international shipping. I only ship to confirmed PayPal addresses. If you have no post history on WUS, I will need references from others with whom you’ve done deals on watches.
