Up for sale is my sparingly used Grand Seiko Evo 9 collection ref number SLGA017.

This was a 255 piece limited edition release for the Japanese domestic market, as part of a collaboration with AJHH, and only available in select stores in Japan.

The unique features of this watch which make it special are it is currently the only evolution 9 model to feature the blue snowflake dial. It also has a very nicely laser engraved blue circle around the circumference of the sapphire glass which matches the colour of the seconds hand. Finally the SS strap has a 18K yellow gold GS logo on the buckle which is usually reserved for their anniversary models.

At a size of 40mm with approx 11.9mm thickness the proportions wear very well and It features the fantastic spring drive 9rA2 movement with 5 days power reserve.

I switched the bracelet for a blue leather strap that you see in the photos. The original strap with removed links will be included.

CONDITION

As mentioned, the watch was worn very sparingly, perhaps 10 or so times since I purchased it from an AD in Japan. I am the only owner of the watch.
There are no visible scratches on the bezel, glass or case sides with the naked eye. It is fantastic condition. Watch is running flawlessly and the spring drive movement barely loses anything more than a few seconds a month.
