Here is a beautiful 36mm Rolex DateJust reference 16014, with the coveted linen dial and the white gold fluted bezel. This DateJust is in good pre-owned condition considering it is from 1980, which by the way makes it a great birth year watch! This one comes as watch only. No box or papers. **Dial:** The dial is clean with a nice silvery shade to it. The tritium lume plots have aged nicely and developed a pumpkin-colored patina. Hands have oxidized a bit and the hour hand lost its lume. **Bezel:** The bezel is in great condition. It catches the light very nicely and really brings this entire watch together. See the video in the album to see the light reflect on it. While the linen dial is the star of the show here, I think the bezel is really what catches your eye when you look at this watch on your wrist. **Case:** The case shows signs of wear consistent with the age of the watch. Lugs are still thick.  **Crystal:** The crystal is in good condition except for a small hairline on the cyclops. It is only noticeable under specific angles. Included in the sale is a replacement crystal should you want to change it. I can also have my watchmaker do it for you, if needed. **Bracelet:** The bracelet comes with 22 links which will fit a large wrist over 8 inches. It shows signs of stretch that are also consistent with the age of the watch. The Rolex logo on the clasp still looks sharp. **Movement:** This watch keeps perfect time.
