My collection clean out continues with this beautiful Christopher Ward C65 Super Compressor in the rather limited black sand colorway. \- Great lightly worn condition. Crystal is spotless. Maybe a small scuff or two on the case but nothing really to note. \- On a really nice Christopher Ward leather strap, also just really lightly worn. \- Includes all packaging in great shape and warranty card with warranty continuing into 2026. \- Looking for $625 which will cover insured shipping in the US. Payment is PayPal friends and family.

Christopher Ward was founded by Chris Ward, Mike France and Peter Ellis on a boat on the river Thames in 2004.

In 2005, Christopher Ward released their first watch which created a whole new model for the watchmaking industry. When influential watch bloggers wrote about their watches on TimeZone, Christopher Ward were being discussed more than Rolex in December 2005.

For the company’s 10th anniversary in 2014, it merged with Swiss manufacturing partners Synergies Horlogères SA to create Christopher Ward London Holdings Ltd. This culminated in the launch of Christopher Ward’s first in-house movement, Calibre SH21, in July 2014. Conceived and designed over the past four years by Christopher Ward’s watchmaker, Johannes Jahnke, the SH21 is entirely Swiss-made by some craftsmen. This release is said to be “probably the most important development by a British watch brand in the past 50 years.”

Christopher Ward London was the only watch company to rank in The Sunday Times SME Export Track 100, ranking 77th in 2015.
