This watch started out as a GW-M5610MR-4 in "Rescue Orange". The orange bezel was swapped out for the black bezel that you see in the photos, and the strap was replaced with the nicer GW5000 strap. A positive display 3159 module was also swapped in, and this is the final product. It makes it look almost like a GW5000 but obviously without the screw in caseback. The cool feature that makes this unique is the 4 stars on the bottom right, which is dial feature unique to the Rescue Orange, I believe. An extra black bezel is included as well. It's in great condition with some minor signs of use throughout. MB6 syncs well and holds high charge. Extra bezel looks near mint. Please see photos for better details.
