For sale is this beautiful 1964 Grand Seiko 57 series. Also known as the grand seiko self dater as it is the first time Grand Seiko introduced a date complication. A significant reference in Grand Seiko’s history making this piece very special. The case has some signs of use but no significant scratches and dents. The caseback text although still visible has faded overtime. The gold medallion is also in good condition. The dial is beautiful, I will note the seiko logo is slightly skewed it may have been knocked during a service. Please look at the photo album provided on the app or a desktop to get a good idea of the condition and what to expect. The watch was bought as serviced earlier in the year. On the time grapher the amplitude looks good but the rate could benefit from some adjustment for accuracy.
