In need of refinancing another watch, this one wants to find a new home.

So, this was Citizen's flagship model and was produced in 1962-1966. It is also called "Shichikuro".
Only some stainless steel models remain, making it a very rare watch.

Citizen Chronometer
Reference: CR1507051
Year: 1965
Movement: manual wind cal 0400, 31 jewels
Case: 37mm, stainless steel
Dial: silver dial with a sunburst finish

CONDITION
- There are some hairline scratches here and there, but nothing large
- Case has preserved all the facets and is in nice vintage condition
- The dial has a slight champagne patina
- There are some little dots on the dial
- The watch keeps time well, but I never check accuracy on vintage watches (unless it's very noticeable)

I can ship via DHL Express - 1-2 days worldwide - ca 60 EUR
I always use Secursus.com for insurance. The cost is ca 35 EUR

ABOUT THIS MODEL
The following historical information is borrowed from Arbitro's website: https://arbitro.shop/en

While Seiko produced the GS machine based on the Crown model machine, Citizen designed the machine from scratch for this model. In fact, there is a record that the assembly deviated from the normal factory line, and one craftsman handled all the processes for one solid body.
The number that one craftsman worked on in a day was only one.
Because it was made with no regard for profitability, it is said that although the price was higher than the GS, there was almost no profit even if it was sold.
The back cover contains a gold medal with an eagle mark. This model was the first Citizen product to feature an eagle, and the eagle mark is still used today on flagship models.
