I have a bunch of vintage Seiko watches that I need to move.

First up is the Vintage Seiko Sports Quartz Royal Oak watch. I'll include the back for reference number. Needs a battery change but is in great shape (scratches typical for a vintage piece, more pictures available upon request). Original bracelet that is a bit loose on my 6.75inch wrist. Probably good for a 7 inch wrist without extra links. Watch only! Looking to get $125 shipped!

Next up is a handsome Seiko 6309 diamond cut crystal. Very unique and quirky automatic watch. It does run! (scratches typical for a vintage piece, more pictures available upon request). I am looking to get $200 shipped for this piece. It does not have the original bracelet:

Next up is two women's gold tone watches. The one on the left is pristine. They both have original bracelets. Entertaining offers for both in the $50-100 range.

Finally is a vintage automatic piece 36 mm. It is very well worn (as is apparent in the picture), but it does run. A great project watch. Looking to get $95 for it, shipping included.

The company was founded in 1881, when Kintarō Hattori opened a watch and jewelry shop called "K. Hattori" (服部時計店 Hattori Tokeiten?) in the Ginza area of Tokyo, Japan. Eleven years later, in 1892, he began to produce clocks under the name Seikosha (精工舎 Seikōsha?), meaning roughly "House of Exquisite Workmanship". According to Seiko's official company history, titled "A Journey In Time: The Remarkable Story of Seiko" (2003), Seiko is a Japanese word meaning "exquisite" or "success" ("exquisite" is usually written 精巧 from Chinese jīngqiǎo, while the meaning "success" is usually written 成功 from Chinese chénggōng).

Seiko is perhaps best known for its wristwatches, all of which were at one time produced entirely in-house. This includes not only major items such as microgears, motors, hands, crystal oscillators, batteries, sensors, LCDs but also minor items such as the oils used in lubricating the watches and the luminous compounds used on the hands and the dials.
