This has been collecting dust in my watch case, so it’s time to pass it on. This is the 22mm Esteem w/automatic movement and open heart display. No box/etc. and comes with aftermarket leather strap (unsure of the brand), exactly how I bought it. **$99 shipped CONUS** (no international, sorry).
