For sale is a rare Seiko 6138-3005 chronograph. The watch was serviced by John Sachs (Vette Enthusiast) in November 2022 over at the watch site forum. He regularly services vintage Seiko and is a well respected member of the community. You can see his work on the forum. Watch is running +/-1s per day when left dial up overnight but ymmw. The 6138-3005 is an uncommon sub variant of the Jumbos compared to the 6138-3002. This watch is in beautiful pristine condition for its age. The case is unpolished and all the case lines and original finishing is nice and crisp. Very hard to find one that is in this condition. The watch will come with an Uncle Seiko tapered H link bracelet, East Tech end links with some extra links. I have included a photo of the listing of a jumbo sold on blairwatchproject.com sold a few months ago as a price reference. Considering the nice condition and servicing cost on these 6138 chronograph, I think the price is fair.
