Another watch leaving the collection as part of “The Purge.” This one I struggled parting with. It’s so damned classy and sporty and usually is my dress watch when I don’t want to wear the more obvious Rolex. The chrono function is mesmerizing, making a full circuit in 10 seconds, and correct to a fifth of a second. And look at that unbelievable movement—stunning. Everything about this watch is done right. The watch was purchased from the AD by me in February 2022, so it has 3.5 years warranty left, and is in excellent condition, worn in a light rotation with many other watches (too many, which is the problem). There are a lot of polished surfaces on the case and bracelet, so there are some normal swirlies, impossible to see without magnifying, and it and wears like new. The clasp closes and opens firmly (moreso than most watches) so it should be tight for years to come.
