THE LONG: — I bought this from its original and very meticulous owner who had it regularly and serviced by Rolex, as documented as far back as 1999. He said he had been doing the same since he originally purchased it but those he didn’t have. — 34 mm with holes case, plexy Rolex ‘crystal’ with no scracthes, 19 mm lug width. — Commonly mentioned but so true, this wears larger due to oyster case design but also due to the 19 mm lug width (vs modern 34 mm Rolexes which usually are 18 mm). My 6.7 wrist is in the pics / video as reference. — No issues whatsoever, winds smoothly, date changes precisely and snappy, crown screws in perfectly, metal clasp closes seecurely. — I do not have a timegrapher but I only have to adjust back a couple of mins every other month when skipping the odd 31st day. — This is a legendary, reliable Rolex workhorse caliber, quite accurate when well regulated / serviced and perfect for daily use. — In the remote case you were to experience any issues, it is still under Rolex warranty until April 2024 (transferrable, paperwork included). — The soft Delugs strap near perfectly matches the cream dial patina. It installed an orginal Rolex buckle on it and will include the Delugs one also. — Why selling? I have been selling off my collection and keeping only those with sentimental value and a recently acquired grail. — Why so cheap? All relative.
