Rolex Sea Dweller ref. 16660 This SD is a solid example of neo-vintage: a combination of aging elements mixed with modern ones such as a sapphire crystal and robust movement create a sweet spot ranging from the 1980s to late 90s. The Triple 6 was produced 1978 – 1989. Unfortunately, I cannot get an exact date/year on the watch as it has a service case (noted by 444#### serial— looks like it also went to RSC around 2002 ). However, L clasp code on bracelet points to circa 1987.
