The second 12-hour hand tucks nicely behind the standard one when you don’t need it, but provides a really great dual-time functionality when you do! This specific watch was [restored by Spencer Klein](https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLg-_koSK54N6dJRUQJgc9ge_hPIiGZzC1) about a year ago, and runs great. Hardcore collectors know that it's *really* hard to find these with a functioning jump-hour hand, because Seiko was using plastic in the movements, but **this one functions**! The watch is vintage, and in vintage condition! According to the serial number, the watch is from 1973, and it shows! Case and bracelet are scratched from nearly 50 years of wear across who knows how many people.
