First made by Louis Cartier for aviator Alberto Santos Dumont in 1904, it’s a design icon! This is the modern manually wound Cartier Santos Dumont XL ref WSSA0032 on original Cartier strap with Cartier buckle and box. 33.9MM x 46.6MM stainless case wears beautifully, nice presence while keeping it classy and thin (photographed on my 6.6 inch wrist.) Wear throughout, as expected, mostly on the flat bezel but disappears on and looks fantastic. Great to have with its original Cartier strap which has only been lightly worn and original Cartier buckle. Cartier box included as well with the standard Cartier box where, but still presents well and perfect for gifting. While service history is unknown, the manual wound movement is running very well, keeping great time. PRICE: $4850 which will include 2 day fully insured shipping through FedEx anywhere in the US. Face-to face deals in the Los Angeles area are always welcomed with a small discount offered. No trades, thanks. Payment via Zelle or Bank Wire.
