It came on the rubber strap with black ceramic buckle. I sourced the OEM NATO strap with titanium hardware that this model also comes on. The watch will come with both straps, an Omega service case/box, and the eBay authentication card. Service history is unknown, but the watch functions without any issues. For what it’s worth, the watch averages approximately +2 sec/day for me, but I do not guarantee its accuracy on your wrist.
