Description: Case: The previously polished case is very good showing sharp prominent bevels and light wear from use. The black bezel insert is in excellent condition showing only very light wear from use. Dial: The black Comex "Pisani" Dial dial is excellent showing only very light wear for its age. The lume has aged to a warm creamy hue and the hands have been relumed and are a shade lighter then the dial. Bracelet: The newer 11 link Oyster bracelet is excellent showing only very light stretch for its age. The clasp is stamped with a 1997 date code. Accessories: Service Papers. Notes: Info from DRSD.com: "Marcello Pisani is a very well respected Italian collector and one of the most knowlegeable people on the planet about special delivery watches such as the COMEX watches. His vision and study of these watches has advanced the knowledge database and understanding of these watches today and the love cultured by many today... But its only fitting that the most desirable of the 1665 COMEX dials and one of the most interesting be named after the person that has made COMEX a household name amongst collectors. The Pisani Dial. The mark I of the 1665 COMEX dials, with its unique characteristics, such as the 600 meters depth ratings and unique coronet."
