Hamilton Intramatic Auto. Silver sunburst dial. Beautiful domed sapphire crystal. 38mm case. Only 10.2mm thick. ETA caliber 2892-A2, 21-jewel automatic movement. It is a perfect dress watch; I just don't dress up much and need to make some room.
Inner and outer boxes with hang tag and book. I never wore it on the supplied leather strap, so I'd call it 95%. (Cheap plastic watch stand not included. haha!) Please reach out with any questions.
$400 firm...less than half of retail and the lowest price I found anywhere for this out-of-production piece containing this movement, especially in this condition. (See EDIT below) ConUS only, please. Thank you for looking!
EDIT: I got a DM about how the watch is running, so I put it on the timegrapher. Solid specs all the way around. Strong amplitude, minimal beat error, and a rate about as good as it gets.
The top grade of 2892 was the Chronometer COSC variant which had an average accuracy of -4 to +6 seconds a day. However, this model was never COSC-certified. That means that this is running well within both the Elaborated Grade, rated up to +/- 20 seconds a day, and the Top Grade, rated up to +/- 15 seconds a day. In either case, this watch is near the top of what can be expected from the 2892-A2.
