Hi everyone, Up for grabs is a less-common variant in the Constellation line — the ref. 14777 with a 36mm case, often called the “jumbo” Constellation. Back in the early ’60s, this was considered oversized for a dress watch, and it still wears with great presence today thanks to its thin bezel and long lugs. This one was **freshly serviced in November 2024** and is running great — a solid, wearable vintage piece with standout proportions. **Condition** **Dial:** Original crosshair dial showing visible age — I’d rate it around 5/10. Printing is still intact and legible, including the “Constellation” script and minute track. The hands and onyx-inserted hour markers are correct to the ref and complete the classic look. **Case:** 36mm stainless steel case was polished sometime in the past, but still retains nice lines. The observatory medallion on the caseback is well preserved, with all 8 stars clearly visible — always a plus. **Crystal:** Clean aftermarket plexiglass with no distracting marks or cracks. **Crown:** Original thin decagonal crown, correct for this reference and fully functional. **Movement:** Omega Cal. 561 automatic chronometer, **serviced in Nov 2024**. Winds smoothly, keeps good time, and the date jumps as it should. Semi-quickset date (9PM–12AM advance).
