Hello r/watchexchange! Up for sale today is my one-of-a-kind modded Seiko Turtle. I bought it because I thought the dial was to die for. I'll still go down on the hill that it's the best dial you can get at this price range. But I wanted less of a stark contrast between the bright white indices + bezel and dial. So I sent it over to Shadow Watchmaker for a patina mod. He applied his aging techniques to the indices giving them a fauxtina look, and he faded the bezel slightly as well. I think it's the perfect beach or field watch. Robust enough to take a beating while being colorful enough to keep things fun. Alternatively, you could keep modding it.
