This finish results in a slightly more polished look while at the same time retaining some characteristics of a matte finish.This version of the Sinn 556 is marked "I" for Indices (the dial has no numerals).Notable features of the Sinn 556 I include:Case in 316L surgical stainless steelEach dial is unique in black mother of pearlSapphire crystals on both sides of the watchDouble coated anti-reflective coveringDual seal crown lock to improve water resistanceSapphire crystal back to view the decorated movementTop Grade (chronometer level) movementNo-date dialIt is extremely legible, with polished sword hands and lume in the hands and markers.This watch is fitted with a Sinn H-Link steel bracelet with folding clasp.And what is very unusual for watch in this category is that Sinn has been able to engineer a water resistance of 200 meters rather than the traditional 50 to 100 meters in competing watches \*\*Condition:\*\*Excellent used condition. The factory H-link bracelet was sized but worn only once or twice before swapping to a Junghans Titanium Mesh bracelet - both are included in the sale. The factory bracelet clasp does have some desk marks unfortunately from handling, but the links are pristine. Similarly the clasp on the mesh bracelet has some desk diving marks but is otherwise very good condition. The watch head is near mint with no visible marks to my naked eye.The Dial is black mother of pearl; because this is a natural material each one is unique. This one is somewhat subtle at first glance and head on looks matte black with some visible texture to it, but turn your wrist on a sunny day and you're treated to greens, reds and golds flashing through the dial.
