The Longines Legend Diver brings a rotating dive bezel beneath the crystal, leaving the twin crowns to define its silhouette. Across sizes and generations, that combination of an internal bezel, spare dial furniture, and domed crystal gives the family a distinctly different character from an external-bezel diver.

The modern line began in 2007, drawing on a Longines diver from 1959. Its 42mm case and long lugs established the familiar proportions, first without a date and later with a window at three o’clock. The Legend Diver No Date and Legend Diver Date therefore mark a useful distinction, but not a complete generation guide: the newer Legend Diver 39mm also dispenses with the date. Within the 42mm automatic models, earlier examples use L633, while later ones moved to L888.

The Legend Diver 36mm scales down the twin-crown design substantially; the Legend Diver 39mm, introduced in 2023, adds chronometer certification and revised proportions. The Legend Diver Bronze takes another direction, exchanging stainless steel for a case whose surface changes with wear. Dial layout, diameter, and case metal each separate branches of the family.

Each price is the median ask from one reference's own listings, and a reference needs at least five to get one. Listings that don't name a reference are left out, and nothing is blended into a family price.
