Royal Smith

Kuoe’s Royal Smith collection takes vintage dress-watch design seriously: textured dials, compact proportions, and details that reward a closer look. The round 90-006 brings a waffle dial and luminous hands; the cushion-cased 90-008 leans into the 1940s with individually applied Breguet numerals and a grainy dial. Choose the former for everyday versatility, the latter for its softer case silhouette and more formal character.

For the 90-006, the original 35mm size is the natural starting point if vintage proportions are what drew you in; the 39mm version gives that dial more room on the wrist. Earlier examples can carry Miyota’s 9039 rather than the later 90S5, and some have a slightly thinner case—worth distinguishing if you are choosing between production batches.
