The classic Rolex Oyster case measures 34mm wide on this, with a 41.5mm lug length and 19mm lug width, and is shown on my \~6.75” wrist for reference. The watch dates to 1959 based on the serial number, case and bezel appear to be virtually unpolished with nice sharp edges and well-defined brushing.
