Looking for $245, open to a reasonable offer, but no trades For sale is my Seiko skx009j, the made in Japan model classic skx diver. I purchased this watch brand new is 2019, I am the original owner of the watch, the watch is stock, but the original rubber strap has been removed. I no longer own the Z type rubber strap, therefore am unable to offer it along with the watch. I do not have the original box or warranty card for the watch, but the watch has been safely stored with my other watches in my watch box and has only been scarcely worn. This watch was never a daily wear watch for me, and as such is in quite clean condition, apart from a few key spots where there is wear present. In the interest of honesty, I will clarify which spots show wear and these spots can be seen the photos, though they are subtle and not very obvious. When I wore this watch, I would nearly always use a snap on dragon shroud accessory, the application of this shroud has left mild wear marks on the sides of the case, they are very subtle but the bright polish in these spots has been dulled slightly. There is a very small scratch/dent in the crystal, it is hard to see, but in the dial photos you can see it near the center of the dial where the hands are attached to the center, slightly to the left of the center there is a small dot that is a scratch/dent. I am a very detail oriented person, and small imperfections do stand out to me in my own watches, but I can honestly say this blemish is quite small and even to my eye, was hardly perceptible to me during use, only visible upon closer inspection. But, it is there. It appears like a small piece of dust on the dial, but it is on the outside, and is a blemish on the crystal. The case back has never been opened since I have purchased it, so it is still factory sealed and the ISO rating has not been compromised, but as the watch is a few years old, testing would be recommended if you did intend to dive deep with the watch on your wrist. The watch keeps good time, well within spec for it's 7s26 movement, the stated accuracy threshold for the 7s26 movement is considered to be -35 sec to +45 seconds per day, this watch has run with an accuracy of around +5-6 seconds per day in my experience, there were a few times I wore the watch considtently for a full week, and when I set the time, it was around 45 seconds fast after one week, which averages out to around +6.4 seconds per day. In addition to the movement and watch accuracy, another area of concern for a prospective buyer is the crown, and the crown threads. The crown threads are in perfect condition, and the crown screws down smoothly and securely. The crown is unsigned as is the case with these Seiko skx models. The watch will be shipped with the NATO strap that is pictured, and the watch includes the original heavy duty spring bars. These are around twice the thickness of the typical spring bars you see on the average watch, and are very secure.
