Aesthetic Condition: The tritium hour markers on the dial have aged to a beautiful amber hue. Some scratches on Hesalite. Scuff on the lower left lug, other than that, the case is in good condition for it’s age. As can be expected for a 40+ year old Speedy that's been carefully worn and enjoyed, there are minor signs of wear on the watch, all of which are captured in the pictures below.
Mechanical Condition: The movement appears to be healthy, running +1 / sec per day with an amplitude of 281 degrees in the dial up position. The chronograph functions (start, stop, and reset to "0") are all in good working order. The crown winds buttery smooth.
Bracelet: 1499/642 (this reference has a nice taper down and is much more comfortable than the subsequent style that lacks any taper down and has the chunky push button clasp)
Fitment: will fit up to an 7 inch wrist. Addl links can be ordered for larger wrist sizes
