This is my first post here, I’ve been using eBay for 10+ years but I just stumbled upon this and it looks like a great community. I feel like not many people know about Pulsar LED watches. They have such a cool history so I hope you all enjoy the post! Ive been a buyer, seller and collector of Pulsar LED Watches for over 10 years. You will not find better specimens than what I am offering in my listings. Up for your consideration is a stunning 1st run Pulsar P2 LED Watch. This watch comes all original. The inner and outer box are original as seen by the matching box and watch serial number. The Pulsar P2 was made famous in the James Bond film Live and Let Die. Roger Moore wore the watch in the film. This watch was manufactured in January of 1973. The P2 first production run started in late Q3 of 1972. You can also tell this is a first run model by the fan shaped battery terminals on the module. Also the light sensor appears horizontally under the display rather than vertical to the right of the display. Later models had the light sensor vertical and to the right of the display. This is a very rare early model of the P2. The watch you are viewing is in stunning condition for its age. It appears to look as it did coming of the production line in 1973. The watch has almost no flaws and still retains the brushed finish that is original to these watches. The red time screen is NOS. I was able to acquire these NOS time screens from a former employee of the Pulsar Repair Center that was located in Lancaster PA in the early 80’s. The time screen is flawless and comes directly from the Pulsar factory. I live a few minutes from where they manufactured/assembled these watches in the 70’s. As I stated earlier the module is fully original and is keeping great time. The display is bright and all LEDs are lit. I have installed fresh Renata batteries to ensure a long life. The band comes with 21 links which is the standard that these watches came with. The magnet is the original horse shoe shaped magnet and it is stored in the hidden compartment within the watch band. Please view pictures of the papers that come with the watch. The one pouch is for an extra magnet. The magnet is NOT present. Also the watch come with a case back opening tool that is pretty rare to find. Normally these get lost. This watch is 50 years old. I do my best with the pictures and description. The photos do not have any filters, the only edit I do is crop. Since these watches are so old I cannot guarantee their longevity.
