These are Heuer dash timer stop watches that can tell time, as well as be used timing. The watches are powered by a Valjoux 9 and they run at 1/5 and 1/10 of a second, respectively.

Condition of these are new old stock and includes their boxes and carrying cases whylich are difficult to come by.
