The case is 'asymmetric' shape Sputnik design which is the essence of the late 1960's design at the apogee of the Race to the Moon. This one, N0 1970, is in good working order and features a rare black dial. The crystal is unscathed. I don't know for sure, but i think it's the sapphire type. I say that because another 'Sputnik' watch I had was marketed as that from the previous seller. The estimate case size is approx 41mm not including crown X 43mm. I don't know the exact service history, but the watch has been keeping accurate time since I've owned it. Has aftermarket black nylon fitted strap. Please message with any questions.
