Another one up for sale today. Just received this and it is absolutely amazing and beautiful! BUT it's just not my style unfortunately, so I'm looking at moving it along...

It is a STUNNING watch and that dial is just amazing. And the floating seconds hand of the spring drive is seriously insane and something to marvel at. The titanium makes this watch very light, which can be a little disconcerting to be honest, but if you're looking for a watch that vanishes on the wrist, this is incredible.

Crystal is PERFECT, no blemishes to be found. There are some wear marks on the case that can be seen in photos, notably the mark at the 12 o'clock and on the lug next to it. I received it this way from the previous owner. I'll get more photos of the bracelet later on, but it's in good condition with very minor "desk diving" marks in a couple locations. It is currently sized to fit a ~7.5" wrist with an extra full link and half link in the box. If you would like me to adjust the size before shipping I can do that for you as well.

I'm asking $4,500 net for the kit, shipped in the CONUS.

The company was founded in 1881, when Kintarō Hattori opened a watch and jewelry shop called "K. Hattori" (服部時計店 Hattori Tokeiten?) in the Ginza area of Tokyo, Japan. Eleven years later, in 1892, he began to produce clocks under the name Seikosha (精工舎 Seikōsha?), meaning roughly "House of Exquisite Workmanship". According to Seiko's official company history, titled "A Journey In Time: The Remarkable Story of Seiko" (2003), Seiko is a Japanese word meaning "exquisite" or "success" ("exquisite" is usually written 精巧 from Chinese jīngqiǎo, while the meaning "success" is usually written 成功 from Chinese chénggōng).

Seiko is perhaps best known for its wristwatches, all of which were at one time produced entirely in-house.
