Hey guys-

Thinning out my personal collection due to some unforeseen financial circumstances. 1984 GMT Master II 16760 graciously known as the "fat lady" due to the thicker compared to subsequent models. This was the original GMT Master II and also the debut of the coke bezel. Relatively rare watch and an important moment in the history of Rolex as a company. I love the watch, wear it often and wish I could keep it. This model is not

The watch is in good daily wear condition- the case has not been overpolished over the years and the lugs and crown guards have retained great body and thickness. The bracelet does have some stretch to it, but it wears very comfortably as a result. Comes with everything pictured including both Rolex boxes, extra links, both bezel inserts (both original Rolex), a Hodinkee leather nato strap as well as a bond black/grey nato. The original coke bezel has patina’d nicely and is in overall excellent shape, the Pepsi insert has also faded nicely but has some dings and dents from over the years. The tritium markers are starting to turn a nice cream color, though I do suspect there was a dial refinish at some point in the watch’s 35 service history. Hands are believed to be service hands. Watch keeps excellent time. Comes with everything pictured. May be picked up locally in NYC. Shipping to US only. Asking 9300 net to me with everything included. PM me with inquiries and we will communicate by phone.
