It is a beautiful vintage watch, in “full size” with a case that measures 41 millimetres without the crown. So a very modern size.
The watch is from 1970, with reference number is 145.007. The calibre is 865, which is hand wound.
It comes without box or papers, but will come with 3 different straps (22mm wide):
a vintage style Hirsch strap (very good condition), a black leather strap with alligator print (OK condition) and a an exclusive “Heuerville Moonrock Grey” strap (like new condition).
The watch is in excellent condition. It was serviced in 2017 for an amount of 920,- euro (!!) by a well known Dutch watch maker. The invoice with details is shown below. Details:
- The glass is replaced by an original Omega glass; the logo is visible in the pictures;
- The case has been refurbished in a beautiful way, with “facets” and brushing just as they should be;
- The movement functions well (after the full full service in 2017), with one comment:
you can feel a small resistance each full circle when you wind the movement.
In real life, this has not worried me nor has it had any negative impact on the running of the watch.
- The chrono seconds hand functions well and resets to zero nicely.
Asking price for the watch, including the 3 straps, is 1.399,- euro.
This is inclusive of Insured Shipping to NL/Germany/Austria.
I am open to bids, but not will not respond to unfair proposals.
I have bought and sold watches before on Uhrforum, but much more on the Dutch forum.
You can ask for my references there via PN. My feedback as buyer and seller is 100% positive.
I declare that I am a (Dutch) private seller, no "gewerblicher Anbieter". So no guarantees or returns.
I will however accept a return if the watch was clearly not as described (with the pictures forming a part of the description);
this has to be done within 48 hours after receiving it and you have to pay for an insured return shipment.
And now the nice stuff; many pictures...:
