The selloff continues. I am getting rid of all my 40+mm watches; they bother my wrist bone.

Up for sale today is a watch I received in trade. It is a very nice Tag Heuer WAY111A purchased in January 2018. Comes with box, manual, watch, rubber strap, hang tag.

I looked at the condition under my 10x magnifier. My observations:
Crystal - I see no marks
Bezel - I see no marks. There is minor vertical play at the 3. If I press down, it moves a tiny bit.
Case - The PO brushed the sides. The mirror finish is a scratch magnet and he felt a brushed finish looked better. It looked nice, but I returned it to the polished finish using a polishing wheel, Cape Cod cloths, and Flitz. It looks great, but under the magnifier, I can see superficial horizontal lines. I cannot see these with my naked eye.
Strap - The end of the rubber strap has been cut to fit a 7" wrist.
Clasp - The part of the clasp that touches the skin was very sharp. The sharp parts were sanded down. It did not affect the outside of the clasp - it still looks new. I will also be including a full-length silicon strap. It fits perfectly through the deployant clasp. I had to sand down the lug part of the strap so that it would clear the underside of the bezel (PM me with questions). It looks good, but looking carefully, you can see where I sanded it down.

$500 net to me, firm. I am throwing out my best price to avoid a bunch of tire kickers. I will cover shipping and insurance, you cover paypal fees. No international sales.

Would consider trades for 38mm and 39mm casual dress or sports watches of equal value. Nothing thicker than 12mm.

Thanks for looking.
