I originally listed this one a few months back but after taking a closer look discovered a chip on one of the ice-hardened end links. I've since sourced a replacement end link which is now included with the watch and am relisting it.
Damasko x Timeless Luxury Watches DB3
Limited edition #2 of 50
ETA 2836.2 movement
Khaki SuperLuminova lum
Sapphire lens with AR coating
42mm steel case
The watch includes the stock Damasko nubuck strap which is very gently used as well as an aftermarket Damasko "ice hardened" bracelet which was roughly $600 when purchased new. The bracelet is by far one of the most comfortable I've worn. The watch wears very nicely for its size and I always found this one to be extremely legible with even a very quick glance - I wonder if the crosshairs on the watch help contribute to that? The day wheel is in both English and German. The watch was purchased in April 2016 and I am the second owner and acquired it about a year ago.
Just finished make a trade with Dan . The watch was exactly as described, shipping was immediate, and would recommend buying/trading/selling to him without hesitation. I hope to do business again with him!
Located in Regensburg, German, Damasko has been designing and manufacturing mechanical wristwatches since 1994. According to our philosophy it has always been the major goal to construct a watch with superior technical characteristics which should represent the highest standard.
During long years of extensive research several dozens of patents have been granted and we feel proud that our watches, now represent a superior technical standard which is hardly to be found in the watch industry. With the main emphasis on the chronograph case and its operating elements we have taken every substantial part of the watch and we have found new ways of improving their performance with special regard to longevity.
After we have changed dozens of elements of the mechanical wristwatch and tested and patented over twenty new super-hard alloys for the case and its components, our watches now represent a technical standard which truly sets our products apart when compared to any optically related watches. This becomes clearly visible under harsh conditions.
We think that our watches should 'speak' for themselves. Learn more about our hardened patented case material and read why our crown and pushers are so unique. On the following pages we will also discuss metallurgical aspects and give future prospects of further developments 'Made in Regensburg'.
