Gavox Legacy Navy Logical Stars, 41mm Automatic Watch

Back on the Boards for Sale!!

I had withdrawn this as it is such a great watch--hits far above its weight (as noted in wornandwound, worth maybe three times the retail asking price, which is well above my asking price)--but I do have another light dial vintage-look and since it does overlap with this one a bit, I must downsize, I must downsize, I must...

This model, Gavox Legacy Navy 358.5 Logical Stars, uses a custom version of the calibre 8219 from Miyota (Citizen). It displays the hours and minutes, a small register at 4 o’clock shows the seconds and a window at 6 o’clock shows the date. And the 8 o’clock shows the “military time” 24h.

There are a few excellent reviews of this watch online, including one popular site that raved about this watch, and stated that it was on par, value-wise, with watches twice or three times the cost—suggesting it was at least equal in quality to many watches in the $1000 range. The attention to detail, especially on the multi-layered dial, with many different textures, dials and so forth, is well beyond what you would expect. I really like the combination of modern technology and vintage aesthetics. It wears very well, has few marks, crystal is perfect. I am selling it simply because I have another similar light-colored vintage watch, and I don’t need two of the same basic style—as such, this has been worn very little. No box or paperwork on this one—just the watch and two nearly new straps, one black, the other brown. Available only from Gavox, it would cost about $400 to get a new one shipped to you directly.

I am asking $300 or best reasonable offer paid via Paypal or Direct Bank Wire Transfer. The final price covers all costs, including free and insured EMS shipping, with tracking. Shipping is via EMS, includes tracking and insurance, and is FREE with purchase price. US customs just about never assesses any fees for used watches under $5,000, so there should be no problems in that regard--based on experience--however, if any fees were to be incurred, they likely would be quite minimal but would be the buyer's responsibility. Based on past experience, shipping is often quicker AND safer than standard domestic delivery services. I am not looking for trades anymore, as I am happy with the small collection of watches that I have.

I have great feedback with more than 60 successful transactions here on WUS, with extensive experience shipping watches to anywhere in the world with ZERO PROBLEMS to date (search “timefleas” in the Watch Deals section of the Sales Forum). Let me know if you have any questions.

A note that I include with ALL of my watch sales:
This watch is guaranteed authentic and comes in excellent cosmetic and working condition (with issues, if any, duly noted, above)—please review the pictures carefully as they are part of the description. I cannot guarantee time accuracy for watches other than to say that they were working fine and are guaranteed to run. Keep in mind that the process of shipping can sometimes affect the timing/accuracy of watches, and they may need to be adjusted upon receipt. As such, though they likely will not require it, I recommend that all used automatic watches be serviced upon receipt. The watch has not been tested for pressure or water resistance. PLEASE ASK ALL QUESTIONS BEFORE PURCHASING OR MAKING AN OFFER.
