for sale is an exceptional full-set Rolex Explorer Ref. 14270, boasting an unpolished case and a beautifully aged tritium dial with rich patina.

X serial number, circa 1994.

The watch features its original tritium “T < 25” dial, displaying that unmistakable creamy patina that only time can create.
This example remains in unpolished condition, preserving its original factory lines and crisp case geometry. It comes as a super full set, including its original box, punched papers, booklets, and tags — an increasingly rare find for an early X-series Explorer.

The watch was sold in Hong Kong in 1994 by the official Rolex retailer 'Dickson Watch Jewelry Co. Ltd.' and it comes from the first owner.

The watch is original in every parts and runs well keeping good time.

CASE:
Unpolished case that still retains its original Rolex finish.
Serial and reference number are fully visible.
Original 14270 caseback.

DIAL:
The dial is an original "T-Swiss" variant with a beautiful creamy patina
Hands and indexes are tritium and match perfectly.
Tritium is original and responds correctly to UVA light.

BRACELET:
The bracelet is the original 78350 with 558 B endings and all the 13 links.
The single Oyster clasp code (S) also matches the serial.

MOVEMENT:
Correct 3000 caliber running well.
The movement was serviced 3 years ago.

BOX & PAPERS:
The watch comes with the full set: original Rolex box (inner/outer) with reference sticker, the Rolex warranty certificate (punched papers), the Rolex warranty holder, the Rolex calendar, the Rolex booklets ('Your Rolex Oyster' and 'Rolex Explorer'), Rolex price tag.
